The java:8-jre-alpine did not work, then we used the image used in the official fuseki-docker (c.f. https://github.com/apache/jena/blob/main/jena-fuseki2/jena-fuseki-docker/Dockerfile#L30) which is openjdk:14-alpine.

The version 4.0.0 seems working out of the box here.
