Inline onoi.util.getLoadingImg #123

Allows to remove direct dependency on onoi/shared-resources. Remaining Onoi dependencies are indirectly filled by SMW.

Fixes "Unresolved dependency onoi.util" when using SMW 4.1.1 or newer.
