Note that this extension does not even work with SMW 3.2. Still, why not allowing SMW 4.0 since a fix should be done anyways

Note that this extension does not even work with SMW 3.2. With #64 it works on Semantic MediaWiki | 3.2.3 MediaWiki | 1.36.3 But Scrutinizer has some unknown problems with that patch. I have not enough Scrutinizer/php knowledge to see what the problem could be.
