Suggestion for naming config variable to be used. Usage is still to be implemented.

This PR is made in reference to: https://github.com/SemanticMediaWiki/SemanticTasks/issues/10

This PR addresses or contains:

only suggested names for confituration variable. Their usage still needs to bee implemented.

This PR includes:

[ ] Tests (unit/integration)
[ ] CI build passed

I think the configuration parameters should be stgPropertyAssignedTo rather than SemanticTasks_AssignedToPropertyName etc. to follow established naming conventions for configuration parameters.

I added some more properties and implemented their usage.
