This extension is heavily used on smw-o so dropping it is not an option

Putting this to the front burner. I hope that Semantic Cite is now up for the job. Upgrading will also involve moving the wiki to the new server. FYI @krabina

Also an epic task related: https://github.com/SemanticMediaWiki/semantic-mediawiki.org/issues/88. I do deeply regret to have used Chameleon 1.

SCite, SMW 4.1.3 and MW 1.39: https://fina.oeaw.ac.at/ there are some deprection warnings, but it is working
