Inquiry About Downloading Original TIF Images

Hi~ I am currently working on a project that requires the use of the original TIF images mentioned in your repository. However, I have been unable to locate the download link for these images.

Could you please provide guidance on where I can download the original TIF images? Any assistance or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hua,

The repository and the associated training datasets are uploaded as .xlsx files with the nuclear features extracted. The original .TIF files are saved in the laboratory repository (private network), as they occupy a very large amount of storage space. However, we would be more than happy to share the original .TIF files on request. Is there a particular set of TIF files you had in mind? Depending on the size of the request, we can find different formulas to share the data. Keep me posted.

For my initial testing, I would like to request the TIF images of DMSO-treated and etoposide-treated A549 cells. Depending on the results, I may need to request additional data later.

To make things easier for you, could you please share a small portion of each type of data first? For example, 20 TIF files from each type of dataset would be extremely helpful for me to begin my preliminary analysis, and it will save you from having to deal with large data uploads all at once.
