Sorry for the silence here. Hold on just yet on putting your dev team on this. I got a notice from the original shop dev that this might be a third party plugins issue!

We will close this issue since there are no additional inputs that the issue is related to the Sendcloud plugin.

If possible please describe clearly the issue and add examples where possible.
