Explore whether bunkerized-nginx provides us anything better #1244

I noticed this today https://github.com/bunkerity/bunkerized-nginx, which might be useful to us. Our nginx deployment is the most security critical part of our setup, and locking it down even more might be wise.

Maybe we can learn from it, or maybe we can use it directly? Not sure.

I think we're better off using the official nginx.
