Make course notes GENERIC - Part II

An a true OER, the content should ideally not reference anything course specific which would include the course code like "ipc" or "ipc144" etc.. Instead, the main URL and text content should be updated accordingly.

Address any URL references to "ipc144.sdds.ca" to reference "intro2c.sdds.ca". A grep result of IPC references produces the following that should be reviewed:
