Initial Commit: Add Discord Bot Code

Description

This pull request introduces the initial implementation of the Discord bot that posts daily LeetCode problems and tracks users' solving activity.

Features

Fetch daily problems from an external API
Register users in a SQLite database
Mark daily problems as solved and track streaks
Display a leaderboard based on problems solved

Files Added

main.py: Main bot code
settings.py: Configuration file (contains logging config + env variables)
requirements.txt: Used to install dependencies
Other Documentation like contribution gidelines etc

Future Enhancements

Add more commands for better user interaction
Improve error handling and logging
