Merging develop changes into master branch.
Quick overview:
Added line clipping for connection curves
Added new window icons
Improved background rendering
Added new attribute-based dynamic input system
Improved/Fixed cache- and saving system
Added scene saving functionality
Added NodeEditorUserCache as a common wrapper for canvas and editor state
Fixed all errors regarding scene switching, playmode switching, etc.
Improved RTEditorGUI library
Improved GUI space handling
Added output blocking
Added keyboard node moving
Added Canvas types system
Fixed initiation bugs at runtime
Added new MKdocs documentation (source in master/docs; html in gh-pages; online
