Feature Request: EPG Builder - add categories to outgoing EPG

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Create tab to modify the output EPG from SM to various respective platforms.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the ability to modify how the XMLTV file is output either globally or by streamgroup for various different client configurations. I think most clients accept the same standards, so possible to have this as a global only feature.

I'd like to be able to to modify various components of the XMLTV output, such as the category of a streamgroup that is placed in the EPG file or using the channel name as the program name. For example,

if a live college football game is on, the provider may only send "College Football" but it would display better if I had a rule that would take the first few words of the description and concatenate it such that it woudl then say "College Football - Buckeyes vs Wolverines" in the channel guide.

Another scenario might be where you would want to bulk change category. So if your streaming app accepts groupings like "Sports" to color your EPG, have a way to use a rule to determine which are sports channels (either by stream group, playlist name or a hard coded list), if not already categorized correctly by the EPG provider.

This should be done ASAP please. Most things looks for Categories in the EPG! Please fix!
