Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use an IPTV provider that only allows a single stream per user. When a second stream is open, the first stream fails. I've contacted them, and they do not have any plans to offer more simultaneous users.
They do however make it very easy to create new users (like a "reseller feature").
Describe the solution you'd like
Using the stream failover feature, detect when a m3u list contains exactly the same channels as another one already added, and ask the user if they want to add all channels as failovers for the existent channels.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It can be done manually, but it's too time consuming, specially for a list with 1000+ channels.
