Add EPG file decompression #196

Added support for gzipped epg files

Description

CreateEPGFileRequest:

After epg download perform check if file gzipped
If it is decompress file for farther processing

FileUtil:

Added Compress function to create gzip archive
Added Decompress function to unzip gzip archive
