Bootstrap role should delete the default pi user #1

Not sure exactly how to do this. It's easy to delete a user in general, but I'm not sure how to delete the user that we began the role with, i.e. we have to initially log in with the pi user, then we'll want to transition to the deploy user after it's created.

Obsolete. Bootstrap role is gone. See #12 for discussion.
