Bootstrap role should change SSH port #2

Once iptables gets functioning fully, the bootstrap role should change the SSH port. This may cause issues since we'll be basically changing the port in the middle of a role. This will need some testing and maybe a little magic.

Obsolete - bootstrap role collapsed into smaller roles.
