fix service start role #25

current build fails to start webauth.go service. could be fixed by addressing #22

Post the actual error output. This should run fine, and if it doesn't work it means there's been a regression since a2446fcbcc89a20232a5836cb7b2ceaf1d619a40

fixed as of f05838e . services start correctly.
