We need to separate testing and deployment concerns.

Before final release. I think the plan should be to make a copy of the current set up(minus the splunk server and testing setup stuff) then we can delete all testing work in one set for deployment and keep the testing setup if they should ever want to use this to test new plugins or configurations before deployment.
