Create AppBar #2

Use the Flutter Material Components (Drawer) to create an app bar with a hamburger menu button.

@CalebDoucet and @Monterius can you work together on this. Maybe get together over the weekend or beginning of next week and get the details worked out. Flutter has good resources on how to do these. https://flutter.dev/docs/cookbook/design/drawer
