[EPIC] Map View Prototype - Finish by 10/20 #4

Using handy resources like https://fireship.io/lessons/flutter-realtime-geolocation-firebase/ we will create a prototype of the Map View Feature.

What should this prototype aim to look like and do?

Prototype should have a simple AppBar widget with the possibility of a Drawer widget when clicking the menu button.
Prototype should have a full map on the screen with no functionality implemented.
Prototype should have a BottomNavigationBar widget with no functionallity implemented.

The prototype should look like: Map View
