Resolves: #36

event_list_view.dart and bottom_bar.dart should be polished up and ready to merge (excluding Sam fixing up the filter dialog and the create event dialog on my part)

Starting review now. Will also be looking at some issues @NathanCheshire is having with pubspec.yaml dependencies.

I am going to merge this, but I still have to fix the Events being cut off at the bottom. This should be fixed with the new PR #53 so I will save myself time/work on this and look at that PR.

Outside of fixing merge conflicts, I did make some changes in this PR:

Updated Event List View to use the ScaffoldWithGradient widget for the background.
Updated spacing to be a bit more consistent with the other views in master.
Changed headings to use previously created heading widget. Also added a scale factor for font size on heading widget.
Changed filter button.
