Improve Player and profile

This feature is one of the most requested feature by different players and testers. Under this issue, following goals are expected to fulfill.

[x] Adding titles for players based on different activities they perform.
[x] Improving the !p or the !profile command. (Currently we need to type the fullname of a player to get information about him/her. We are planning to make a default to this command so that if a player run only the !p command it should display his/her profile)
[ ] Improving the help so that it is easy to know more about profile and !p command
