shorten links for invitations (sms or email) #108

the links we send out using the invitation module need to be smart and shortened

so should be sent as

www.mpago.com/get-mpago

or something like that... the server can detect IOS or android when a user clicks on it on their phone and then send them to the right place... in the right store
