Replaced 'Message was Sent' with guild rank tag in the Discord embed #14

A lot of people wanted a way to see guild ranks in the Discord message so here it is 🤷 Personally I think this looks much nicer than using colours for each rank :)

I've changed it so if there is no guild tag on a user it will default to Member, hopefully this fixes it!
