`control` file

renamed package (make it more distro-agnostic so that we can upstream it if we want in the future)
fixed Architecture to be all since there is no code compilation
updated dependencies
reworded short description
added long description
removed homepage as this is optional and has an invalid value anyway

`build.sh`

Remove folders where installing files is invalid (/dev, /proc, /home, etc)
remove compilation for non-existent binary
remove unused config file generation
