Rebasing pull request SenorPez/project-cars-replay-enhancer#64 by @keppo070 to merge into the 0.3.1 development branch to allow for testing before general release.

Original pull request:

Added an option to coexist with other apps without binding to UDP for PS4. This way several apps can collect data at the same time. NOT tested for shared memory
