Pit Stop Indication Flyout #78

Create a flyout to indicate that status of a pit stop.

Suggested flyout would expand out with the words "PIT" in red when the vehicle is entering the pit, a running timer while the car is stopped in the pits, and the words "PIT" in white when the vehicle is exiting the pits.
