Loop Checker doesn't work in LLE #18

Loop Checker doesn't boot in LLE mode (i.e. without --skip-bios), even using a patched version.

Note: Patch is set 0x0C0196DA and 0x0C0196EC to nop (multiple possible locations in 7th track)
