The background of Mario Tennis has a weird scrolling error, causing a visible tear. This is also visible during the intro.

Weird clue: disabling the Timer Interrupt 'solves' the problem. (e7dd93ba98d459782116771eff7b28db624861c6 changed the issue, but didn't solved it)
