As an editor I want to see a more productive configuration page on admin ui.

remove unnecessary configurations: OAuth, TaskManagement (patch!)
a Delete button so that I can delete my custom config files (not system config though! Keep a blacklist on the client.)
remove .settings postfix from the titles
Learn more links: display only if there is a documentation for that setting
