Reference field validation errror during IMPORT #2060

A compulsory single reference field throws a validation error in the import process. 

[ERR] Error during importing /Root/Content/SNBooking/UserSettings/xxxxxxxx: 
      The server returned an error (HttpStatus: InternalServerError): 
      Cannot save the Content. Invalid Fields: User. NotSpecified InternalServerError
