Mapping setup

[x] ContentType to Component
[x] FieldSetting to FieldComponent
[x] ConentType/Field to FieldComponent
[x] FieldSetting to ClientContentSetting
[x] Inherited FieldSetting to ClientContentSetting

Get adapted Schema from ContentTypes to ClientControls

[x] ContentTypeControl from Mapper
[x] Original Schema (with FieldSettings)
[x] FieldMappings (FieldSettings -> FieldControl -> adapted ClientSetting)
