Re-add windows binaries? #34

As OSCeleton seems to still be the only OSC streamer, could you re-add the binaries to github? I tried to recompile, but unfortunately did not succeed. And yes, I know it's already some years old... still seems useful!

Hello Please put in the repository the binaries for windows. Me too tried to compile but failed in many points of the proccess And yes, I know it's already some years old... still seems useful!
