OSCeleton is a proxy that sends skeleton information collected from the kinect sensor via OSC, making it easier to use input from the device in any language / framework that supports the OSC protocol.
Replaced oscpack with liblo, structural changes to project files to support this. I've done my best to test on Windows and OSX, there are structural changes to the project files, and quite a few changes to the code, so please review before submitting.
