@ManasiTayade you can ask README for Amdroid part from @endri969
So that other folks can collaborate from their respective machine.

@rtrend96 just make a duplicate issue / TODO “README for Android” @Abbas-shamshi can also contribute with web / ionic counterparts if we have no backlogs.
