Authorization Keys for Projects #19

TheThingsNetwork integrations will POST data to Sensetif, so we need to allow for a Authorization Key to be generated on Sensetif side, to be entered in TheThingsNetwork's webhooks. This should be per Project to allow a great deal of flexibility.

I think the "API Keys" in Grafana can be used for this and nothing additional is required.
