Billing #32

We need to have a "Billing" tab, probably somehow adjacent to "Plan" tab, where people can manage their bills;

  1. See the charges that Stripe issued
  2. Cancel a Subscription.
  3. Upgrade/downgrade a Subscription.
  4. Download invoices.
  5. Link to Stripe for additional management, if possible.
