The current implementation was breaking while switching directly between different plugins menu. While testing alarm plugin, I couldn't switch directly from the current app-plugin to the alarms plugin.

Btw. I've changed following tab names: new_subsystems -> new_subsystem new_datapoints -> new_datapoint

So if there were some hardcoded URLs to these pages, they should also be changed.
