preview thumbnails persist after deleting #18

It appears that certain auto-saved images are persisting even after attempting to delete them. Despite deleting the folder "stable-diffusion-webui\extensions\sd-webui-state-manager" and reinstalling the web-ui-manager, the images remain and cannot be removed.

Allow me to outline the steps to replicate this issue:

When selecting multiple preview images for deletion, such as selecting 3 and clicking delete, the selected files are removed. However, the subsequent 3 files in the list occupy the vacant slots, still highlighted from the previous selection. It seems that attempting to delete files highlighted in this manner results in an incomplete deletion process of files that occupy the space that was previously deleted. These files remain stuck on the preview bar and cannot be successfully removed.

To further clarify if you just highlight several images (not all of them) using opt/ctrl + left click and then just keep clicking the trash/delete icon, this will replicate the issue.
