Enable camera access #34

Several hackathon participants requested camera access. Can we enable camera just for workshops or hackathons?

How would an experimenter use the camera? What's the specific desired outcome?

In a localization project, e.g., an experimenter would use a camera to capture some images or video, and use script to analyze these media to locate camera’s position. An example is @yh570's code: https://github.com/yh570/indoor_localization_with_CV
