Because I saw in a article (https://medium.com/@reefwing/espressif-esp32-tutorial-ir-remote-control-using-microsoft-azure-ed768a5cea4d) that's this library turned the ESP-32 IR transmission possible. But in the description in the Github fork, it's saying that the ESP 32 only suppot IR receiving. Wut????
