docs: explain Docker logging #543

Rename to Docker.md (diff too large for git to detect) and add mkdocs redirect.
Add summary of how docker handles logs and how to configure log rotation.
Fix docker bash alias installation instructions.

As this merge-conflicts with #525 I've merged also its branch into here and resolved the conflict. This is assuming you merge older pull-requests first.

I.e. Accepting this pull-request also merges #525
