Following on from our discussion on Discord about link checking…

Seeing as this PR references IOTstack/docs/Developers/index.md, it might be simplest if you fixed the last line of the file. Currently, that's:

* [IOTstack issues](htps://github.com/SensorsIot/IOTstack/issues)

The problem is the "htps" should be "https".
