Fix typo in example - container should be referenced as influxdb2 across the internal bridged network.

🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ - managed to "cross the streams" with the commit messages between PRs 604 and 605. I think I've fixed it but if anything doesn't make sense, that's probably the reason. 🤬
