  1. Adds pgAdmin4:

    • service definition
    • menu definition
    • documentation stub points to master branch

  2. Consequential changes to PostgreSQL container:

    • Simplified .env substitution keys (environment file) so left hand side (actual environment variable) equals right hand side (.env substitution keys).
    • Adds TZ.
    • Added volume path for backup folder to support IOTstackBackup.
    • Reduced documentation to stub pointing to master branch.
