QASM is a single-serve web application that runs using React and Electron, with the ability to run customizable QA or labeling jobs from a local host, a packaged windows .exe, or a statically hosted S3 website.

Changed how image layers are autoloaded in the grid screen so that preference is given to the user specified folder group that contains the currently selected folder if possible.
Also pre-empted issues that could've been caused if a user didn't include the home component, since some routing logic depends on its existence. So if the user doesn't include it, it is simply hidden from the navbar, much like the S3 browser.
Why?
Seeing the config is nice to be able to easily copy and/or modify jobs, and for debugging
