SkillAPI don't load in Spigot 1.12.2 #3

Describe the bug SkillAPI don't load in Spigot 1.12.2

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new spigot server
  2. Add SkillAPI & MCCore in the plugin folder
  3. Restart the server
  4. See error

Expected behavior SkillAPI should load latest.log
