VICEx64_2020-02-13.opk resolution issue/flicker with Simple Menu #3

The current release of VICE x64 on RG350M has a problem when ran from Simple Menu. It draws the default 320x240 screen in the 640x480 space without scaling. But, even if the resolution is set to 640x480, there is a flicker when a input is pressed in the menus. It also flickers constantly while the emulator runs.

Unfortunately, due to the circumstances revolving around the source (or lack thereof), there isn't much I'm able to do nor a repo I can point to as a more adequate source for issue logging. If someone was to come back to the VICE port from scratch and address this issue with SimpleMenu, I would be happy to update the repo; but as of now, not having an RG-350M myself to test on, I can't do much more than acknowledge the issue.

Perhaps, I'll mark VICE with an exception marker noting this bug, but that's the best I can do.

Does this issue also apply to other frontends? Such as GMenu2x, or Esoteric/350teric? This would narrow down what it is I need to mark specifically.

It does not occur on GMenu2x or 350teric.
