Implement full-auto crossbows #64

Currently we can only have semi-auto ranged weapons which have to reaim after each shot. We want to have weapons which can fire multiple shots before having to reaim.

Todos:

[ ] Find shoot mechanic in base game files. Hint: Check out Taleworlds.MountAndBlade.Mission and Taleworlds.MountAndBlade.MissionWeapon
[ ] Find a way how to have multiple missiles be shot before reaiming
[ ] Add Weapon_Flag to assign Full-Auto to weapons in XML
