can get rid of fallback values in userscript files? #94

It occurs to me that if WKED isn't loaded, then any declarations that refer to undefined custom properties will just be ignored.

It might be better behavior if WKED isn't loaded that the WKED-userscript stylesheets simply have no effect (rather than installing whatever fallback colors we define).

Yikes. After playing with this once, with self-study I've convinced myself that it's a GOOD IDEA to leave fallbacks in place!

Not sure what was going on, but this is too unimportant to worry about. Closing
